All the workers at the?plant?were accounted for early Tuesday after officials initially could not account for more than a dozen employees.

John Herrell of the Lake County Sheriff's Office said there were no fatalities despite massive blasts that ripped through the Blue Rhino propane?plant?late Monday night.

"Management is comfortable saying all of those they knew were there tonight have been accounted for," he said.

One person injured in the explosion was listed in critical condition at University of?Florida?Health Shands Hospital. Two others were listed in critical condition at Orlando Regional Medical Center and a spokeswoman there said a third patient was en route, also listed as critical.

Herrell said some others drove themselves to area hospitals.

The Blue Rhino?plant, which is northwest of Orlando, refilled propane tanks typically used for barbecues and other uses.

Herrell said a crew of 24 to 26 people was working at the?plant?on an overnight shift when the explosions occurred around 11 p.m.

Video footage on WESH-TV in Orlando showed fires burning through trucks used to transport propane tanks, which were parked at the?plant. The fire was sending plumes of smoke into the air hours after the blast. Emergency crews could also be seen massing nearby.

Herrell said an evacuation zone was initially a one-mile radius but had been reduced to a half-mile radius. No injuries have been reported from residents in the neighborhood and residents were later allowed to return to their homes.

Marni Whitehead, 33, who lives less than a mile from the?plant, said she was in bed ready to go to sleep when she heard a loud boom.

"It was like a car had run into my house, is what I thought had happened," she said.

She ran outside and saw other neighbors outside and then they saw the explosions.

"We knew right away it was the?plant, the propane?plant," Whitehead said. "After that, it was just sort of panic."

Whitehead likened the explosions to Fourth of July fireworks. "And it was just boom after boom after boom," she said.

Herrell said officials believe the fire was contained and wouldn't spread to another part of the?plant?but they could not guarantee that.

Herrell said the?plant?usually has 53,000 20-pound propane tanks.

According to the Leesburg Daily Commercial, the?plant?was built in 2004 and employs fewer than 50 people.

(AP) ? Stock futures are mixed in very light trading with most investors in a holding pattern ahead of a statement from the U.S. Federal Reserve.

Dow Jones industrial futures are down 10 points to 15,483. S&P futures are up less than a point at 1,684.90. Nasdaq futures are up 2 points to 3,087.50.

There's very little expectation that Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke will signal any change Wednesday in monetary policies that have kept U.S. interest rates at historic lows.

But as his statement last month proved, U.S. markets are easily spooked right now. Investors fled the market after Bernanke suggested that the Fed might slow its bond purchases later this year if the economy had improved.

The Fed will release at statement at 2:15 p.m. Eastern.

Israel to Release 104 Prisoners to Restart Talks

The Israeli government agreed Sunday to release 104 Palestinian prisoners over the next nine months as a gesture to lure Palestinian leaders back to the negotiating table. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the deal, while painful for the family members of those killed in terrorist attacks, was vital to Israel's security and stability. Netanyahu faced considerable pressure from U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who is hoping to renew talks in Washington on Tuesday between representatives from both sides.

Baseball notes: Marlins coach Martinez is out under fire

Martinez resigns as Marlins coach

Tino Martinez stepped down as the Miami Marlins? hitting coach hours after complaints by players that he verbally abused them became public. In one instance, Martinez acknowledged he angrily grabbed a player. Martinez, who was a first baseman for the Cardinals in 2002, was in his first year as a professional coach this year. He sat in the dugout during Sunday?s 3-2 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates, then met with Marlins officials and resigned.

?I want to apologize to the Marlins organization for my behavior,? Martinez said. ?I have made some comments to certain players at certain times that I thought was more constructive criticism. Obviously, they didn?t feel that way, and it kind of backfired on me.?

Martinez said he touched a player in anger, grabbing rookie Derek Dietrich by the jersey in the batting cage early this season. Dietrich, demoted last Monday to Double-A Jacksonville, was among the players to complain.

Martinez said he offered to resign earlier, but team owner Jeffrey Loria wanted him to stay on the job. When the complaints by players became public in a story Sunday by the Miami Herald, Martinez became certain he should resign.

?It has been building for a few days,? he said. ?I didn?t know this was going to come out publicly. When this came out, I thought it was the right thing to do.?

Nationals pitching coach hospitalized ? Washington pitching coach Steve McCatty was taken to a hospital and treated for an irregular heartbeat and high blood pressure. The Nationals said McCatty would be kept overnight for observation. He missed the club?s game Sunday.

Mauer set to return ? Minnesota All-Star catcher Joe Mauer is expected to return to the lineup Tuesday. He has spent the maximum three days on the paternity list following the birth of his twin daughters Wednesday, then was moved to the restricted list for two days.

Gonzalez still ailing ? Colorado outfielder Carlos Gonzalez (sprained finger) was out of the lineup for the third straight day and remains sidelined indefinitely.

Pirates? Snider placed on DL ? Pittsburgh put outfielder Travis Snider on the 15-day disabled list because of discomfort in his left big toe.

Martina Hingis, Washington Kastles win World TeamTennis title

Martina Hingis (center) won three matches to help lift the Kastles to the World TeamTennis title.

Susan Mullane/US Presswire

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Washington Kastles have won their third consecutive World TeamTennis title.

The Kastles defeated the Springfield Lasers 25-12 Sunday night in a match delayed two hours by rain.

Martina Hingis won her matches in singles, women's doubles and mixed doubles for the Kastles. She beat Alisa Kleybanova 5-2 in singles.

The Kastles weren't quite as dominant this year. They went 14-2 after going undefeated in both 2011 and 2012.

Earlier this season, the Kastles won their 34th consecutive match, which they claimed was the longest winning streak in "major U.S. pro sports history," surpassing the 33-game run by the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA.

The streak ended the next day.
